The 30-year-old former Miss Teen USA kicked things off on Friday night (June 17) by partying it up at Lavo Nightclub at The Palazzo.
During the festivities, Minnillo spoke with People magazine about planning for her upcoming summertime nuptials with fiance Nick Lachey - telling that the anticipation is the worst part of waiting to wed.
Vanessa continued to say, "Nick and I are so on the same page and it's so easy with every decision we've made. We've gone through the process and been so even-keeled and so on the same page with every decision. … For us, we've made decisions and it's said and done."
After getting a little beauty sleep, Miss Minnillo pushed forth with the celebratory affairs by heading to the Marquee Dayclub at The Cosmopolitan for some poolside relaxation with her ladies.
