Plugging away at her latest film, Jessica Biel was spotted on the set of “Total Recall” in Toronto, Canada on Thursday (June 23).
The “Valentine’s Day” babe was decked out in wardrobe, complete with fake blood on her head and hands as she readied for her next scene.
Aside from her cinematic efforts, it’s no secret Jess is a health nut - and she recently shared some of her secrets to maintaining a fit and healthy body.
The 29-year-old revealed, “For me, getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water, having a healthy diet, and staying away from alcohol are musts. It’s so boring, I know, but doing those things really helps. You can find healthy food pretty much anywhere. I do a lot of cooking at home using grains and vegetables.”
