MTV working to prevent catfight

Reps for Cameron Diaz and Jessica Biel are reportedly working hard to prevent the two Justin Timberlake amours from bumping into each other at the MTV Movie Awards on June 3. "Everyone is determined to keep Cam and Jess apart," says an insider. "It's becoming a big deal because both girls want very separate arrival times. Nobody knows who Cameron is going to bring, if anyone. But if Jessica walks with Justin, Cameron will want to bring a date. If Jessica goes alone, Cam will probably walk alone. It's a mess." Diaz allegedly "blew up" at Biel at a Golden Globes afterparty in January when she spotted the Illusionist actress flirting with her recent ex, and the MTV awards this Sunday marks the first time the three will be in the same room since the incident. "Cam is used to being more high-profile than Jessica," says the insider. "But now that Jessica's dating Justin, she has more leverage. Cameron's looking a little unstable lately." Timberlake is nominated for best breakthrough performance for Alpha Dog, and Diaz is nominated in the best-kiss category with Jude Law in The Holiday. Biel is presenting, but not in Diaz's category! Reps for all three stars have not commented.

Love is in the air for new couple Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel. Just for months after his split with Cameron Diaz, Timberlake is reportedly "in love" with the Illusionist actress. "She's the coolest chick ever. He wants to be with her all the time. He's ready to be serious," says a source close to the SexyBack singer. The pair were recently spotted getting cozy at a Manchester hotel.

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have been quietly getting to know each other in England, where Biel has joined the SexyBack singer on tour. "They were kissing and holding hands," says a witness who spied the pair at the posh Lowry Hotel in Manchester. The pair "held hands" three days earlier during a private dinner, according to a fellow diner. Reps for both stars have declined to comment.

Nick Lachey shared a stage with Tom Arnold at a charity event in Vegas last weekend, where the two were auctioning a Ferrari for the Dance to Erase MS benefit in Century City. "This is a great car - I have one of these," Lachey told the crowd, but was unimpressed when Arnold quipped, "When did you get one - in the divorce settlement?" Lachey bluntly replied, "No, since the settlement."
Jessica Biel supped at Chinoisery Philippe in NYC on Tuesday night, where she was overheard telling two girlfriends about her new film with Nicholas Cage.
Ryan Gosling walked the red carpet at the premiere of Fracture with him mom, sparking more questions about the status of his relationship with Rachel McAdams. When asked, Gosling said he had "no idea" if he and his Notebook co-star were still an item.

Jessica Biel Celebrates 25th Birthday in Paris

Jessica Biel celebrated her 25th birthday Saturday in Paris, France.

She told People Magazine while at a party in Paris for designer Giambattista Valli, "I'm in Paris with my friends. Just being here is enough."

Jessica arrived at the Salons France Ameriques with two female friends and went straight to the VIP room. Biel and her friends drank champagne and partied until 1:30 a.m., when a chocolate cake with a sparkler was brought out. "Happy Birthday Jessica" was written on it.

Jessica finally called it a night at 2:30am.

Biel clapped her hands, hugged Valli, and took a piece of cake saying, "I'm not one of those skinny actors. I've got meat on my bones."

Other guests included Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.
